The Brian K. Riley Memorial Picture Gallery, page 3
Memorial Service at Bradley Hospital
The
service was held in the Adolescent
Garden, where an evergreen tree is being
planted in Brian's memory. It is intended
that the tree will serve as a Christmas
tree, and will be decorated each year.
Brian worked in the Adolescent Unit at
Bradley, and was noted for his enthusiasm
for putting up the Christmas tree each
year, the day after Thanksgiving!
Tulip bulbs were also planted during the
service, and Rev. Duane Parker lead a
prayer circle. Curiously, a large tree
fell in the woods behind us during the
moment of silence! It was heard by many!
