LIFE IN GENERAL...

Compassion is prominent in my life, and I treat everyone in the first instance as though they were my friends. Their attitude and interpersonal skills then take charge, and I can easily walk away when others would be afraid of being called a coward. My concern for others is what keeps me in a confrontational state if I perceive injustice. I'm not afraid to try to help someone reconsider their position.
I take life easily, and am only competitive with myself. I guess this makes me a poor capitalist. However, I have many dreams that I would like to pursue, and do. It is that I most desire to share these with that special someone, and to explore his dreams and aspirations as well.
I am not a weepy person, but I can cry easily at weddings, funerals, and sad or romantic movies or plays. This has become more prominent in my life since I have lost several close friends and family members in the past 10 years.

MY WORKS…

I take my writing and research very seriously. At times I MUST have a pencil and paper at my disposal. Artists of all diciplines can appreciate this, like a musician who needs to play, or sing; like a painter who must have his brush and canvas ready for when muse strikes. I use poetry to express what words and language, as well as human frailties, cannot allow me to convey adequately; most times these poems are for my benefit, but are sometimes for another person who has touched my life in some special way.
I am interested in writing historical novels, and maybe try my hand at plays and screenplays. I believe I am able to compose some decent literature, not the kind of stuff Sylvestre Stallone or Steven Seagal would star in.
